At The Harvard Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collegiate apparel; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
